Our team was suspicious of a leak in an air duct somewhere inside because Mr. Nolan was having problems with controlling a room’s temperature. We had to test the air in all of the rooms, and after finding the leak our team had to patch it up. After that, there was some work on vacuuming the vents with a very powerful air duct vacuum. We had to try and remove some of the debris from inside the vents. The final part was swapping the HVAC filters. The property now had air circulation of high quality.
