This customer wanted his vents gone over before new prospective tenants came to look at the place.
Every vent grate in the apartment unit had to be removed and thoroughly cleaned and scoured on both sides, and between the bars. After cleaning the duct entrance (particularly the rim) as well, our last task was to reinstall each grate with fresh screws.
