An outdoor air duct section was mysteriously cracked open.
It was a long and problematic crack, but a couple of ceramic patches and a liberal application of rubber sealant was enough to make it airtight again. Running the HVAC on low intensity helped the sealant dry faster, and turning it up afterward let us test the seal at different temperatures.
